Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has made a big announcement for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 season.
For IPL 2025, The team has decided to include Dinesh Karthik in their team as ‘mentor and batting coach’.

RCB said in a post, “Our wicketkeeper in every sense, Dinesh Karthik is welcomed in a new avatar at RCB. DK will be the mentor and batting coach of the RCB men’s team! You can take a person out of cricket, but you can’t take cricket out of a person! Give them lots of love, 12th Man Army!”
Dinesh Karthik has become an important struggler of Indian cricket in his career. He has contributed for a long time by joining the Indian team in 2004 and he now has another important role in this fast and exciting festival.
Karthik has also made his mark in the IPL. He has played for various teams like KKR, RCB, DC and MI and has also won trophies on the basis of his game. In his career, he has played 27 matches and has a strike rate of 135.36, in which he has scored 4842 runs.
