Indian cricket team bowler Arshdeep Singh recently had a special conversation after India’s spectacular victory in the final of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, in which he talked about his emotional experiences and feelings.
Arshdeep told that he maintained a lot of patience in the final and kept the match tough by winning the toss in just the 19th over. He troubled the South African team by giving only 4 runs.
In a conversation with the Indian Express, Arshdeep talked about getting rid of the pressure of cricket after joining, choosing his variations and writing poetry.

Regarding the nervousness during the final, he said, there was nothing like that. Rohit bhai in the team specifically said that we should take it like any other match. ‘Yes, it is a big occasion, but we will take it like a normal day. Focus on your routine.’ This was a clear message.
Regarding poetry writing, he said, “I haven’t got a chance yet. But whenever I get time, I will definitely write my feelings on paper. This poster of winning the World Cup, the welcome we got… I don’t think I will be able to do justice. I just like to write the thoughts that come to my mind. Writing poetry helps me take a break from cricket.”
Apart from this, he said, when I bowl, my family members keep their eyes closed. I don’t know why. Who does such things while sitting in the stadium? My parents always say that whenever I bowl, they close their eyes. I have told them what it means to come so far. How will you get this feeling, what is going on in the match? I respect their superstitions. For them, closing their eyes during my bowling is their contribution. This gives him happiness.”
Also, Arshdeep Singh told in his interview that he had a good sleep, but he had to face stress during the final, but he maintained stability with his teammates.
There was no huge crowd in Mumbai after the victory, but he felt happy seeing the reactions of the people on social media. He was happy with his victory that he could give so much happiness to the country.

Arshdeep praised his bowling attitude along with his fellow bowler Jasprit Bumrah and said that it is very easy for him to work with him.
Arshdeep expressed his desire to play Test cricket for India as a goal in the end of his career and is ready to prove it.
