Sidhu shared a video on his Instagram, in which he was making some comments against Arshdeep. He said, “Confidence 100 percent, skill 0 percent”.
With this statement, Sidhu did not show any malice against him, but did not give any clarity in his support either.
Arshdeep, who could not take a single wicket in the semi-final against England, will try to take wickets again in this important final.

At this time, Arshdeep is expected by the cricketing organizations and his fans that he will show his true potential in the final. Arshdeep, who has taken 15 wickets so far in the tournament, will have to take three more wickets to surpass Afghanistan’s Fazalhaq Farooqi (17 wickets).
Meanwhile, Arshdeep said in his defense,
“I think a lot of credit goes to Jassi bhai (Jasprit Bumrah), because he puts a lot of pressure on the batsmen – he gives three or four runs in an over – so batsmen work hard against me and I just have to try to bowl my best ball and there are a lot of chances of getting wickets.”
He further said, “On the other hand, they see that runs are not being scored and the run rate is increasing, so they take more risks against me. There is always a possibility of getting wickets. So a lot of credit for my wickets goes to Jassi bhai.”
